We have encouraging messages from Luca, Italy, just graduated from university who purchased entire 12 key EnMS documents from us. Thank you so much, Luca.

Reading the documents, I realize that there are no equal documents among university books. I've found documents about Energy Management but are all too generic or too technical. Your documents are exactly in the middle.

Here are some of the record of correspondence we had.

More I read about EnMS more I get interested in it.

I am glad to know that you find the documents from us useful.
Today, you bought “EnMS Audit Plan” (EnMS-Audit.Plan-M01E), the 11th document.
Objective of EnMS Audit Plan is to plan and define action items to implement EnMS audit activities.
The EnMS audit in this document is to run by the company’s internal lead auditors with a team of third party auditor acting as advisor throughout the activities so that the audit process is similar to third party audit in preparation for the certification audit the coming year.
The audit plan demonstrates audit process with real terms. Going through the document, you will distinctively be able to differentiate ISO 50001 audit process from others.

I'm really appreciating the documents I bought from you.

EnMS Legal & Requirements Compliance Status Report (EnMS-LRC.Status.Rep-M01E) is the tenth document you bought from us.
The document is a rolling reporting system to stay touch with the updated situation that can be used for dual purposes, one as a report function and the other as a monitoring tool to keep eyes on updated situation on legal and other requirements. By taking control of the version number of the documents, the administrator ensures the organisation is operating EnMS under the conformity to all applicable legal and other requirements.
Objective of this template document is to ensure EnMS operation has the right information, interpretation and action regarding legal requirements, and associated regulations and standards pertaining to significant energy use and complies comfortably with all requirements with the legal requirements as a minimum standard to be achieved.

I'm glad because reading the documents every day I'm learning something new about EnMS.

Today, you bought two documents.
1) EnMS Communication Guideline (EnMS-Comm.Gdln-M01E)
2) EnMS Lean Energy Procurement Guideline (EnMS-Procure.Gdln-M01E)
Communication is a fundamental element in EnMS operation. One of our themes is "An objective to carry out EnMS operation is not to comply with ISO 50001 but to develop business for your organisation", and to ensure this, communication plays a vital role.
"Lean Energy Procurement" concept is being proposed in the document, and is quite original. I do not think any organisations that I know of that have elaborated EnMS procurement to this level. I think an organisation looking at sustainable business development should consider the EnMS operation from the supply chain perspective, and "Lean Energy Procurement" fits very well in such circumstances.

I really appreciate the document "EnMS Monitoring and Action Guideline".
I think that the documents are really useful and I will spend long time trying to understand the essence of these documents.

The file you downloaded today is "EnMS Monitoring and Action Guideline" (EnMS-Monitor.Gdln-M01E) which is one of our favourite documents.
Monitoring energy is a key to success for EnMS operation, and I would like you to be familiar with a terminology "Miyeru-ka" a Japanese new word for "appreciating energy movement" I believe is a word made by Toyota Corporation who is leading the EnMS activities in Japan.
The objective of monitoring and action process is to implement “Miyeru-ka” by the entire work force:
- Seeing the energy movement
- Keeping track of baseline and target EnPI
- Being reminded when performance deviated from target
- Action for continual improvement
- Seeing measurable effort being output and improving the energy performance
I hope you will find the document useful.

I see that some documents are "under development". I am still learning about EnMS but I hope in the future to be able to share with you the things I've learned and, why not, maybe give my contribution to develop the document still "under development".

Encouraging to know that you want to take part in creating our unfinished documents.
We are open to hear anyone who are interested to get involved in our document development.
